FLYAWAY

Marella 'Solco' coat / Gran Sasso knit / Glassons skirt / Patrizia Pepe bag / Famous Footwear boots

Hi, hello I'm still here!

While I wasn't loving my lack of posts in the last few weeks, I was loving my growing coat collection. We distribute Marella (part of the Max Mara group) where I work and it's proven dangerous to hang around the showrooms for too long, but they just seem to get it right when it comes to fit, colour and texture. I'm sure a few years ago I would have rejected even the thought of a dark green or bright blue coat, but here I am. My taste is slowly changing for the better I believe, and so the coat obsession begins...

Such a lovely coat - I've been thinking of getting something similar. Or a beige one - I'm not too sure yet!

  11. That outfit looks so cosy and perfect for the upcoming winter! :)

I like that bright clutch as a colour and texture contrast too! :) Won't be long before I'm bundling up like this to keep warm.

  18. The most unlikely colours tend to match don't they? A few years ago I would have said no to both a green coat and an orange bag by themselves, but here I am haha. Thank you for your kind words! :-) XXX

  21. Yess beige is always lovely, but I am a fan of the darker coats - and it's a nice little change from black outwear I think! :-)

  22. It's definitely one to keep in mind! Does it get too cold in QLD?

  23. It doesn't get as cold here as it does down south - single digits are quite rare and I don't think it's ever gotten anywhere near 0...I still find winter cold though, haha!
